How Oxfam IYP is organised

OIYP is run by staff and volunteers. The OIYP staff team currently consists of 8 members.
This team is responsible for all of OIYP's operational decisions.

The Oxfam International Youth Partnerships is managed by Oxfam Australia and is governed by its structures. See www.oxfam.org.au. The Board of Oxfam Australia sets policy and strategic goals that become guidelines for the way that Oxfam Australia operates and for how each of its programs (including Oxfam IYP) are managed.

Oxfam Australia is one of 13 independent organisations belonging to the Oxfam International confederation.
