Geoff Hazell

OIYP Participant Coordinator

Geoff has worked in various roles in Oxfam Australia over the past 3 years. In 2004 he began his involvement with Oxfam Australia as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Oxfam TRAILWALKER event and in 2005 moved into the role of Marketing Coordinator where he helped grow the event from a $1.3 million to $2.5 million event in 2 years. Geoff has extensive experience in event management, marketing and fundraising.  Geoff has a BA (Development Economics) from the University of Newcastle and 4 years experience travelleing throughout Asia. Geoff's current role in the OIYP team is to work closely with the 300 new Action Partners to ensure they arrive in Sydney ready to go for OIYP Kaleidoscope 2007 in October.
