Youth Culture and Empowerment - Australia

As an Indigenous Australian, Frank takes great pride in his cultural heritage. Hip-hop is his passion and through music, he hopes to empower other Indigenous Australian youth and educate people on the issues young people face.

Frank has been involved with the youth group ReconciliACTION and other groups including Indigenous Student Network and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student Association. Frank is a great mentor and inspiration for Indigenous youth in Australia. Oxfam IYP2004 has provided him with new perspectives on issues around indigenous identity and youth culture.
